Parents, we have some exciting news for Grandparents’ Day!
We have secured a food truck to provide the meals for our event! Instead of the previously planned sandwich option, all meal options will be provided by our food truck vendor.
Already paid for a meal ticket?
No worries! On the day of the event, you will be able to choose from any of the $10 menu options. If you would like to select an item that costs more than $10, you will simply have the option to pay the difference.
Opted out of the meal ticket?
You still have the option to bring your own lunch and enjoy the day with your grandbaby!

Parents, please take advantage of this opportunity. Students will not be added to a classroom roll on Meet the Teacher scheduled for August 7th if they aren't fully registered. Registration will take place in the library on 7/28-7/30 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. In-person registration is required. Returning students need 2 proofs of residency and a parent ID. One of those proofs has to be a lease/mortgage. New students will need a birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization record, report card, parent ID, and 2 proofs of residency.
In-person registration is required in conjunction with online registration. The 2 proofs of residence must be verified by someone from the Registration Team. Registration will be held July 21-23 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM

I am thrilled to join Orchard Elementary as a Kindergarten Teacher. I have experience working with young learners as a Teacher Assistant and am passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels supported and encouraged to grow. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Alabama State University and bring a strong background in communication, organization, and leadership. As a proud mother of two, I understand the importance of building strong partnerships with families to support student success. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and photography. I am excited to be part of the Orchard Elementary family and look forward to a wonderful school year!
